Founder & CEO of Milestone Therapy & Wellness: A Super adult 65+ Concierge Service.  Dara is a passionate and dedicated individual who has created Milestone Therapy & Wellness, a unique concierge business focused on providing comprehensive support and care for seniors aged 65 and above. With a strong background in health and wellness, including a degree in Exercise Physiology from Towson University and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Barry University along with her Health Coaching Degree from United World Health Organization, Dara has equipped herself with the knowledge and skills needed to address the specific needs of older adults.

Having worked with seniors in their homes for many years, Dara recognized a significant need for more comprehensive assistance and support for this demographic. This realization led to the creation of Milestone Therapy & Wellness, where Dara and her exceptional team aim to provide seniors with everything they require to live a carefree and fulfilling life.
